I have been back at college now for over month and am already feeling the stresses and responsibilities and piles of work associated with it. I’m sure I’m not the only one and that is why this post had to be written.
Exams and deadlines are months away, but especially with the amount of work I have, I think its time to get organised early. This year is a big year for me, with my final A Level year, learning to drive, turning 18, and working as well as many more things. Let me know any big events in your lives down below, I’d love to know!
My tip for getting organised early is getting an academic planner or journal to jot down all of your homework deadlines, key assessments, etc. I got this gorgeous journal from Primark for £4, which I showed in my previous post – Just a cheeky bit of Primark. I didn’t want to review until I knew I would actually be using it. I have such a bad tendency at buying pretty notebooks and them being completely wasted, but his one is so handy as it has a to-do list, ‘next’ section for anything you don’t get done or just to remind you for the next few days, objectives and projects (this is where I like to write my blog post I have planned to write that week), the date of course and general notes. I feel like its just got an amazing layout and covers so many aspects you’d need in for your college year and organising in such an easy way.
Also, again, the colours guys – insane! You all know by now marble and rose gold are my thing. There is so many gorgeous designs and layouts out there, but I definitely recommend one – whether you are in school, college or uni or just wanting to organise your life to be honest – everyone needs a bit of organisation.
I feel like there are so many ways to organise, but this is definitely a start. You don’t want to stress too early, but don’t want to do nothing, so this is an easy medium. I hope you guys try this because this has helped me so much in this academic year so far.
